3. What We Do Not Do

MorrowVault handles sensitive personal information, so we want to be clear about our limits.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not use your vault content for advertising.

We do not show your vault content to trusted contacts before your release rules are met.

We do not require live location tracking for core check-in features.

We do not build advertising profiles from your private messages, files, or vault items.

We do not access vault content manually except when necessary to provide support, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.

4. How Trusted Contact Notifications Work

When you add a trusted contact, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide their contact details to MorrowVault.

We may use trusted contact information to:

  • Send alerts if your check-in rules are missed
  • Send verification messages
  • Provide access instructions
  • Notify contacts about information you have chosen to release
  • Prevent abuse or unauthorized access

Trusted contacts may receive limited information about you, such as your name, the fact that you added them as a trusted contact, and the message or instructions you chose to share.

They will not receive vault content unless your configured release rules are met.

5. How Vault Release Works

Your vault content remains private unless release conditions configured by you are met.

Depending on your settings, release conditions may include missed check-ins, waiting periods, contact verification, or other rules available in the service.

We may send reminders before a release process continues. This helps reduce accidental releases caused by forgotten check-ins, travel, device loss, or temporary unavailability.

You are responsible for keeping your check-in rules, trusted contacts, and vault content accurate and up to date.

MorrowVault does not replace a will, trust, power of attorney, advance directive, or professional legal advice.
